CNN anchor Poppy Harlow, who just recently announced to viewers that she is pregnant with her first child, passed out on live television this morning while reporting a breaking story.
Harlow's voice can be heard over a CNN graphic on the breaking report. Suddenly, her speech becomes slurred and goes silent. Thankfully, both mother and baby are doing fine and Harlow reappeared on camera just a few minutes later.
The 33-year-old anchor took to Twitter to assure her followers that she was fine. "For all of you on Twitter, who are asking if I'm OK, thank you so much. I got a little hot and I passed out for a moment." Following a trip to the hospital, she shared additional good news, posting: "Our little girl due this spring is doing just fine. Was a scare but we are both ok."
