Huge In France, a semi-autobiographical look at comedian Gad Elmaleh's experience reinventing himself in the US, will launch globally April 12, 2019 on Netflix. The series focuses on Gad's career, personal life, and rediscovery of his identity in the absence of the fame he's become accustomed to overseas.

Huge in France was created and executive produced by Gad Elmaleh, Andy Mogel, Jarrad Paul (The D-Train, The Grinder) and Anna Dokoza. Mogel and Paul served as the series showrunners and directed all eight episodes.

Additional cast includes Erinn Hayes, Jordan Ver Hoeve, Scott Keiji Takeda and Matthew Del Negro.

Gad is a hugely famous comedian... in France. At an emotional crossroads, he leaves it all behind and moves to Los Angeles in an attempt to reconnect with his estranged, comedy hating, 16-year-old male model son. Sadly, he'll have to do it without a single celebrity perk.

The title will be available exclusively on Netflix, to 139 million members across 190 countries, on April 12, 2019.
