This week, Yahoo News shared an open and honest conversation between Matt Damon and Katie Couric in which the actor spoke about the recent passing of Robin Williams, his "Good Will Hunting" costar.
During the interview, Damon gave Williams full credit for the success of his own career. "Ben and I owe everything to him. He said yes to our movie and he got it made. I could never thank him enough," he told told Couric. "You know, I look around at the life I have and how blessed I feel, and so much of it started with him."
Williams received his only Academy Award for best supporting actor in the film and, according to Damon, if it were not for him, the movie may have never came to fruition. Watch the interview in full below!
