NBC anchorman Brian Williams has come under fire lately for false claims made during an appearance on CBS's DAVID LETTERMAN that he was on a helicopter which was shot at while covering a 2003 Iraqi war story.

On last night's LATE SHOW, David Letterman presented the Top-10 Things Brian Williams Has Said That May Or May Not Be True. The broadcast was aired prior to NBC's announcement that Williams had been suspended without pay for the next six months.

Williams was scheduled to guest on tonight's Letterman show, but has since cancelled the appearance. Tom Hanks will now appear instead. Watch the clip below!
