VIDEO: Jonathan Groff Talks New HBO Series LOOKING

HBO's new series LOOKING, premieres this Sunday, January 19 at 10:30 p.m. Below, watch an all-new promo in which series star Jonathan Groff, and the rest of the cast and creative team discuss the highly anticipated show!

"Casting of the show is completely critical," says creator Michael Lannan. Director Andrew Haigh adds "you've got to have characters and actors that can see four or five possible seasons through...I think we've found the right people."

LOOKING will follow three friends who explore the fun and sometimes overwhelming options available to a new generation of gay men living in the San Francisco's Bay Area. Groff portrays Patrick a video game designer searching for love via OkCupid. Frankie Alvarez, and Murray Bartlett also star.
