After being off for a week, host James Corden caught up on some of the latest headlines involving the 2016 election, including Donald Trump's suggestion for pre-debate drug testing.

Later, James showed a clip of he and Shaquille O'Neal's prank show "Shaq'd" that had a large fundamental flaw in its design. And, after learning Dakota Fanning is often mistaken for one of the Olsen twins, John Stamos shares which cable news broadcaster he's most compared with and Shaquille O'Neal shares tips for dodging paparazzi. And after asking John Stamos about his frequent show scenes in "Scream Queens" James gets a feel for John and Shaq's locker room decorum, and Shaq puts some moves on display. Each week night, James Corden invites the audience to join in on the fun as the Emmy Award-nominated THE LATE LATE SHOW WITH JAMES CORDEN features a mix of celebrity guests, musical acts, games and sketches. Corden differentiates his show by giving a peek behind-the-scenes into the green room, bringing all of his guests out at once and lending his musical and acting talents to various sketches.

Additionally, bandleader Reggie Watts and the house band provide Corden with original, improvised music throughout the show. Since Corden took the reigns as host in March 2015, the show has quickly become known for generating buzzworthy viral videos, such as Carpool Karaoke.
