VIDEO: Jeffrey Dean Morgan Chats Joining the Cast of THE GOOD WIFE

Jeffrey Dean Morgan stopped by THE TALK to dish on his upcoming role as Negan on “The Walking Dead” and how the villain will be introduced this season. Later, the actor discusses his new role on "The Good Wife." He explains to the hosts that his mother, who is a huge fan of the show, talked him into it. "She's not a television exec and yet she had this answer about character development, the strong female role, and how well written it was."

CBS’s Daytime Emmy Award-nominated talk show THE TALK features a panel of well-known news and entertainment personalities discussing current events, pop culture, contemporary issues, family, celebrity and the trending topics of the day. The daily one-hour series is hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood.

The hosts swap stories, challenge each other on issues and engage the studio audience and viewers at home about events in the headlines and their own homes. Show segments include guest interviews with entertainers and newsmakers, musical performances, cooking demos with celebrity chefs as well as real-world advice and tips from leading experts in fitness, diet, health, home, relationships, finance and fashion. The show was developed by Gilbert, who also serves as executive producer.
