THE BLACKLIST is back on NBC, and actor James Spader’s character, criminal mastermind “Red” Reddington, is on the run with FBI agent Elizabeth Keen as the third season begins. And while Spader may know more about how the plot works out than anyone else in the cast, he tells “Blacklist” fan Al Roker that “the train’s moving so fast you can barely keep up with it.” Watch the TODAY apperance below!
