Pulse Films are proud to announce a major theatrical music documentary currently in production on one of the biggest boy bands ever, Backstreet Boys.
The director of Backstreet Boys is Stephen Kijak who made the celebrated 'Scott Walker - 30 Century Man' (Berlin, SXSW 2007) and the much lauded Rolling Stones documentary film, 'Stones In Exile' (Directors' Fortnight Cannes 2010) for Passion Pictures. The film re-unites him with producer Mia Bays, whose credits include 'Scott Walker - 30th Century Man', 'Six Shooter' by Martin McDonagh (Oscar winner 2006) and as Creative Producer for Film London Microwave on Plan B's 'Ill Manors' & 'Shifty' (Eran Creevy). The band said of the film: "We always wanted to make a film and now is the ideal time - with Kevin back, the fact that we are masters of our own destiny, a new album in the works and our 20th anniversary all adds up to being the right time to share our story. We are excited that the team from Pulse and Stephen have joined us in what has been a energising collaboration so far" - Backstreet BoysVideos
