VIDEO: First Look - New Trailer for PERCY JACKSON: SEA OF MONSTERS

Twentieth Century Fox has released the second official trailer for its upcoming sequel PERCY JACKSON: SEA OF MONSTERS. The fantasy adventure will hit theaters on August 16, 2013. Get a first look below!

Thor Freudenthal directs from a screenplay by Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski. The film stars Logan Lerman, Brandon T. Jackson, Alexandra Daddario, Douglas Smith, Mary Birdsong, Yvette Nicole Brown, Missi Pyle, Nathan Fillion and Stanley Tucci.

In the film, Percy Jackson, the son of Poseidon, continues his epic journey to fulfill his destiny, as he teams with his demigod friends to retrieve the Golden Fleece, which has the power to save their home and training ground, Camp Half-Blood.
