"The Ellen DeGeneres Show" has become the first U.S. daily talk show to be carried in China with the eleventh season of the multiple Emmy Award-winning daytime talk show now available on China's leading online video service provider Sohu Video, it was announced last week by Dr. Charles Zhang, Chairman and CEO of Sohu.com Inc. and Jeffrey R. Episodes of "Ellen" will be subtitled in Chinese and delivered within 48 Hours from the U.S. original broadcast. The episodes launched on Sohu will be available for viewers on demand 24-7, remaining on Sohu until the license period ends.

In the show's 11th season, "Ellen" has achieved its strongest ratings ever and is the #1 rated daytime talk show in the U.S. with Women 25-54. Ellen set a new viewership high the week of Dec. 2 (3.0 HH rating, 4.2 million). Then the week of Dec. 9, the Ellen DeGeneres-hosted show set records in both categories, averaging a 3.2 HH rating and 4.4 million total viewers.
