As part of the continued partnership between Fox Audience Strategy and the National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Awards (NAHYP), Fox today announced it has created a public service announcement, "Get With the Program," highlighting the importance of creative education.
The PSA was developed in connection with the NAHYP awards, which were announced in a special ceremony at the White House on November 19th, hosted by First Lady Michele Obama. The awards, presented by the President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities (PCAH), showcase the ground-breaking work of 12 organizations across the country that harness the power of the arts and humanities to engage and educate young people.
An array of FOX talent, including GLEE's Jane Lynch, Matthew Morrison, Chris Colfer, Darren Criss and Naya Rivera; NEW GIRL's Lamorne Morris; THE MINDY PROJECT's Mindy Kaling and Amanda Setton; BEN AND KATE's Nat Faxon, Echo Kellum and Lucy Punch; and Martha Plimpton from RAISING HOPE, came together to showcase the importance of creative education, in an effort to raise awareness and support for programs that are opening new pathways for young people across the country. Check it out below!
"We are excited to be a part of this year's NAHYP awards and to celebrate the 12 winners and the transformative power of the arts for young people," said Nicole A. Bernard, Senior Vice President of Fox Audience Strategy. "The Fox entertainment businesses are a reflection of creative arts – through storytelling, production, dance, film and music programming – and we are thrilled that FOX talent has joined us in this partnership to build more support and awareness for the amazing work of these organizations and others across the nation."
The Fox "Get with the Program" PSA will air on the FOX network, and will be distributed to more than 200 locAl Fox affiliates and across Fox digital and social media platforms.
Fox Audience Strategy is an official media sponsor of the 2012 and 2013 National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Awards, and has worked with the President's Committee on Arts and Humanities to leverage its creative resources to provide tailored media training, develop one-day mentorship programs, and amplify the stories and networks of these transformative organizations.

The Fox Audience Strategy Group
Fox Audience Strategy is a recently formed department at The Fox Group designed to identify programming and operational opportunities that reflect diverse perspectives and therefore drive ratings and revenue.
President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities
Created in 1982 under President Reagan, the President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities (PCAH) is an advisory committee to the White House on cultural issues. The PCAH works directly with the three primary cultural agencies-the National Endowment for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Institute of Museum and Library Services-as well as other federal partners and the private sector, to address policy questions in the arts and humanities, to initiate and support key programs in those disciplines and to recognize excellence in the field. Its core areas of focus are arts and humanities education, cultural exchange and creative economy.
National Arts and Humanities Youth Program
The National Arts and Humanities Youth Program (NAHYP) recognizes and supports excellence in programs that open new pathways to learning, self-discovery and achievement. Each year, NAHYP recognizes 12 outstanding programs in the United States, from a wide range of urban and rural settings.
NAHYP is a signature initiative of the President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts, the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Institute of Museum and Library Services to showcase cultural excellence and enhance the availability of out-of-school arts and humanities programs to children and young people.
