Thoroughbreds is a 2017 American drama thriller film written and directed by Cory Finley in his directorial debut. It stars Olivia Cooke, Anya Taylor-Joy, Anton Yelchin (in his final role), Paul Sparks, and Francie Swift. The film had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on January 21, 2017. It is scheduled to be released on March 9, 2018, by Focus Features.

In Thoroughbreds, two upper-class teenage girls in suburban Connecticut rekindle their unlikely friendship after years of growing apart. Together, they hatch a plan to solve both of their problems-no matter what the cost.
