On last night's Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman appeared as a guest. During one segment, passionate fans of the film talked about what it meant to them, and they thought they were just talking to a photo of the star. Turns on, Boseman himself was waiting behind the curtain to greet the fans after they had said their peace. Watch the heartwarming video!

Chadwick Boseman is an American actor. He is known for portraying Jackie Robinson in 42 (2013), James Brown in Get on Up (2014), Black Panther in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (since 2016), and Thurgood Marshall in Marshall (2017). He also had roles in the television series Lincoln Heights (2008) and Persons Unknown (2010), and the films The Express (2008), Draft Day (2014), and Message from the King(2016).

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon is an American late-night talk show hosted by Jimmy Fallon, on NBC. The show premiered on February 17, 2014, and is produced by Broadway Video and Universal Television. It is the seventh incarnation of NBC's long-running Tonight Show franchise, with Fallon serving as the sixth host. The show also stars sidekick and announcer Steve Higgins and house band The Roots. The Tonight Show is produced by Katie Hockmeyer and executive-produced by Lorne Michaels. The show records from Studio 6B in Rockefeller Center, New York City. This was where The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson was filmed until 1972.

The program airs weeknights at 11:34 p.m. ET/PT. The show opens with Fallon's topical monologue, then transitions into comedic sketches/games, concluding with a guest interview and musical performance. THE TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON attracted high ratings from its 2014 premiere. Many moments from the series have generated viral videos. The show has been nominated for nine Primetime Emmy Awards, winning two.

On August 13, 2015, NBC announced that Fallon signed a contract to remain as host until at least 2021
