Carrie Underwood announced today that she will be releasing a greatest hits compilation, celebrating a decade of music released since the country superstar won her season of American Idol.
Titled Greatest Hits: Decade #1 the LP will feature new materia, including the single 'Something in the Water,' which will be available for digital download beginning Monday, September 29th.
The singer announced the album on NBC's Today along with a teaser video posted on YouTube. Check it out below!
"Something in the Water is so inspirational," Underwood said via a new release. "It's joyous! I can't help but smile when I hear it. I hope it has the same effect on everyone who listens to it."
Underwood will participate in Saturday's Global Citizen Festival at New York's Central Park with JAY Z, No Doubt, fun., The Roots and Tiësto. NBC will produce a one-hour primetime special that will air Saturday (9 p.m. ET).
