VIDEO: CONAN On TBS Returns January 22nd

Season 9 of Conan on TBS returns January 22, debuting its new 30-minute format. The show will air four nights a week in the 11 PM time slot.

The new format will feature a new, improved look for the show that will focus will be on "silly remote pieces, interviewing brilliant and distinct people," O'Brien said during October's final hourlong episode.

Conan also said goodbye to his longtime house band, Jimmy Vivino & The Basic Cable Band, since the new format will not feature a house band.
