Country music star Billy Ray Cyrus is writing, producing and starring in “Still the King,” an upcoming comedy series on CMT in which he plays an Elvis impersonator turned fake pastor. The singer stopped by TODAY to talk about reports that daughter Miley Cyrus has gotten engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth. Watch the appearance below!
