Huffington Post Founder and Editor-in-Chief Arianna Huffington, Newsweek and The Daily Beast Editor-in-Chief Tina Brown and Bobbi Brown Cosmetics Founder and CCO Bobbi Brown discussed the challenges facing women in the workplace in an interview that was broadcast today, March 5, 2013, on CBS THIS MORNING (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM) on the CBS Television Network.

Tina Brown told Charlie Rose and Norah O'Donnell that women shouldn't "wait in a sense for the structures to embrace you, but go out and start your thing, where you create the culture."

Brown continued, "Be more entrepreneurial. Create your own culture, your own ethos, your own different patterns of hiring and developing." Check out the video!
