VIDEO: Al Roker, Matt Lauer to Appear in Syfy's SHARKNADO 2

On this morning's today, Matt Lauer and Al Roker revealed that they will be making cameo appearances in Syfy's upcoming horror sequel SHARKNADO 2. Check out the announcement below!

The duo shot their scenes for SyFy's "Sharknado 2," which will be set in New York City, on Tuesday in Studio 1A, and today shared a sneak peek. Sharknado 2: The Second One will premiere on Syfy on Wednesday, July 30 at 9/8c.

In Sharknado 2: The Second One, a freak weather system turns its deadly fury on New York City, unleashing a Sharknado on the population and its most cherished, iconic sites - and only Fin (Ian Ziering) and April (Tara Reid) can save the Big Apple. Vivica A. Fox, Judd Hirsch and Mark McGrath also star.
