Last night on The Voice, America voted and the advancing artists from Monday's Cross Battles were revealed. Below are the artists that won, were saved or stolen by another coach, on THE VOICE Season 16.
The Top 24 perform next week on THE VOICE, Monday, April 29 (8/7c) on NBC.
The Top 24 artists perform in front of coaches Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton for their chance at a spot in the Top 13. All 24 artists will perform live. Carson Daly ("TODAY Show") hosts.

Abby started singing at 12 years old. During high school, she continued to hone her skills and eventually formed a band. School wasn't easy as she was often bullied for her weight and could never win over her peers, despite her musical success outside of school. ABBY'S little sister idolizes her and that support inspired Abby to set a good example and head to Nashville to pursue her dream of becoming a country singer. Abby is ready to show her bullies how far she has come and hopes "The Voice" will prove she is on the right track.

Andrew grew up in a musical family. His father was in a rock band and his mother was a country singer. When he was in the fifth grade, Andrew asked his dad to teach him guitar so he could impress his crush, and he's been playing ever since. He currently lives in the mobile home his parents used as a music studio and works as a motorhome technician. As well as performing as a solo act, Andrew was also a part of a band with his parents called Helluvanote that performed a few times a week. Andrew hopes "The Voice" will be THE BIG BREAK he needs to kick-start his country rock career.

Carter was born into a family with old money and grew up in a life of luxury. Unfortunately, due to poor management and the crash of 2008, the longtime fortune was depleted. When he was 14 years old, Carter's family moved into a motel and the dramatic lifestyle change profoundly affected his childhood. Music became the only thing that could lift his spirits. Carter's cousin started inviting him to church where he realized music could be more than just a hobby. Carter currently is a full-time musician and performs at gigs around town.

Gyth is no stranger to hard work after growing up on his family's racehorse farm. A typical morning would start at 5 o'clock to feed, wash and train all 27 horses. Gyth found his musical calling at 15 when he joined THE FAMILY campfire jam session. At 17, his father booked him a three-hour show at a biker bar where he has been playing gigs ever since. Gyth took his show on the road for a few years and came back a hometown hero after sharing the stage with artists such as Jake Owen and Gary Allen. Gyth hopes "The Voice" will help launch his music career to the next level.

Jacob grew up in a tight-knit family in the beautiful lake resort town of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. He comes from three generations of law enforcement and wanted to be a police officer until he picked up the guitar. At 13, he joined the worship team and started singing in church. He opted to skip college and started waiting tables while performing at local venues. Jacob plans to settle down in Coeur d'Alene one day, but right now he is eager to chase his dreams on "The Voice."

Jej was born and raised in the Philippines to a traditional Filipino family. He started singing karaoke after watching his parents sing in choir. When he was 15, his parents moved THE FAMILY to America for a better life and landed in South Dakota. At 18, Jej joined an a cappella camp in Los Angeles and knew music was his calling. THE FAMILY packed up and followed Jej to California where he studies music at USC and was formerly the music director of the school's a cappella group. Outside of school, Jej has a part-time job at a restaurant.

When Jimmy was born, his father gave up his music career to get a regular job and support the family. Tragically, on Thanksgiving morning when Jimmy was 11, a man broke into their home and shot and killed Jimmy's father in front of the family. Jimmy decided to pick up the guitar as a way to process the grief and honor his late father. Music took over his life and in high school started a band called Drop Out High that was signed with a record label for a few years. Jimmy now lives in Myrtle Beach with his wife, Heather, and plays over 200 shows a year.

Kalvin inherited his love of music from his father, who pursued a rap career in Detroit. Some of his earliest memories are of his father performing in clubs, and once Kalvin started showing interest in music, his father taught him everything he knew. Kalvin currently performs a few times a month with the band Street Blues Family and works as an assistant manager at IHOP, where he's been employed for the past 11 years. Kalvin hopes "The Voice" will finally allow him to quit IHOP and focus on music full time.

Kendra started acting at just 4 years old, but didn't reveal her powerful voice until she performed in a fourth-grade talent show. Realizing she had a gift, her parents would often make the two-hour commute to L.A. for auditions. One night while they were driving home, her father had a brain hemorrhage that left him in the hospital for the next year. Kendra did her best to lift his spirits by singing to him and playing piano in the lobby. Now that he's fully recovered, Kendra has released multiple singles on Spotify and Apple Music and started singing at events to help raise over $80,000 for various charities.

Rebecca got involved in singing competitions in the fifth grade and after placing several times, she became a local standout. Rebecca's grandmother encouraged her to pursue music and was her biggest supporter. Sadly, she recently passed away, but Rebecca plans to honor her grandmother's memory by continuing to sing. Rebecca currently plans to go to college and spends her time singing at her church where she serves as worship leader. "The Voice" is Rebecca's chance to share her music beyond her small town.

Shawn grew up around music and was enrolled in college-level classes for vocal performance, theater and dance by the time he was in fourth grade. In high school, his family moved to Florida where he joined a community choir that traveled the state singing with artists such as Barry Manilow. After graduating college, Shawn took a break from music to focus on his career in teaching. He currently teaches middle school and loves singing and playing music for the kids. Recently, a video of him singing to his class went viral after peaking Snoop Dogg's interest.
