Get ready to make your mornings better with VH1's new 90-minute morning block featuring the return of VH1's "Big Morning Buzz Live with Carrie Keagan" and "The Gossip Table." Start the day right with the top celebrity news, music and gossip from the VH1 experts. Kicking off September 30 and airing LIVE weekday mornings from our Time Square studios at 9:30AM ET/PT, VH1's "The Gossip Table" returns with our 5 hard hitting columnists that break the news every day - the founder of NaughtybutNiceRob.com Rob Shuter, The New York Daily News Marianne Garvey, HollywoodLife.com's Chloe Melas, InTouch's Noah Levy and Delaina Dixon from Jetmag.com. From the Kardashians to Lindsay Lohan there is no one that these news hounds don't' know or don't want to talk about.

The 30-minute show chock full of gossip is followed at 10AM ET/PT with VH1's own morning news and talk show, "Big Morning Buzz Live with Carrie Keagan," which returns bigger and better in its third year with host Carrie Keagan and co-host Jason Dundas as well as VH1 music expert Jim Shearer.Now, live from the legendary TRL studio overlooking Times Square, Carrie and Jason will talk about the top stories of the day, sit down with the hottest TV and film celebrities, as well as bring you performances from today's top music acts. "Big Morning Buzz Live with Carrie Keagan" offers viewers the necessary day-starting pop culture news and interviews that you won't find anywhere else. So join us for this new morning block - viewers are sure to come away with the best entertainment news gossip and information of the day.
