According to USA Today, Whitney Houston's mother, Cissy, has come to her Bobbi Kristina Brown's side at Emory University Hospital.
The pair's relationship grew tumultous after Cissy's book REMEMBERING WHITNEY, was released in 2013, and "included details of her mother's drug abuse, rumors of a gay relationship and problems with ex-husband Bobby."
Earlier this week FOX News reported that there is little that doctors can now do to save the life of Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. The 21-year-old was rushed to a hospital outside of Atlanta on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 31 after she was found facedown and unresponsive in a bathtub full of water at her Roswell, Georgia, home.
A source closely connected to the situation told FOX411, "It's now a matter of when the family wants to let go and accept that she's pretty much not going to make it," adding that doctors have expressed that there is little they can do. "They've left it up to the family as to how long they want to keep her alive."
The incident transpired almost three years after her mother was found dead in a bathtub in Beverly Hills. Brown's husband Nick Gordon and the friend immediately commenced CPR and called the EMT who did the same at the house. She was then rushed to North Fulton Regional Hospital where she remains.
"It's been a difficult time for Bobbi Kristina, who's struggled in the years after her mother's death," said an unnamed source close to the family. Brown "has been vacillating between extremes for a while now and is fighting grief and demons of her own creation," the source said."The loss of her mom and her intense craving for attention of any sort are just the tip of her mountain of issues."
