UPDATE: Tracy Morgan's Condition Upgraded to 'Fair'

Former 30 Rock star Tracy Morgan, who was was involved in a car crash on June 7th that included two tractor-trailers and an SUV, has now been upgraded to 'fair' condition. Morgan's associate Jeffrey Millea also has been upgraded to fair condition, according to what family members. The comic's publicist Lewis Kay shared that Morgan's "personality is certainly starting to come back as well." Morgan is likely to remain in the hospital for the next several weeks, Kay said.

Comedian James "Jimmy Mack" McNair was killed while four were hospitalized as a result of the accident which occurred on the New Jersey Turnpike early Saturday morning. Comedians Ardie Fuqua and Harris Stanton a man named Jeffrey Millea were the others injured. Morgan injuries included broken ribs, a broken nose, a broken leg and a broken femur.

Walmart Truck driver Kevin Roper, 35 pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to charges that include vehicular homicide and assault by auto. In a criminal complaint, police said Roper had been awake for more than 24 hours at the time of the crash.
