UK Comedy Club Sues FOX for GLEE Trademark

According to the Hollywood Reporter, a UK Comedy Club named 'The Glee Club' is suing FOX for infringing on a trademark. Business owner Mark Tughan claims that his Glee club branches have been 'underperforming' since the show's debut.

He told the Oxford Mail: "There is significant and mounting evidence that there is confusion in the minds of the public, that we are somehow associated with or connected to the TV show and that we might provide an entertainment experience of that nature."
