TRUMP ROLLS BACK TRANSGENDER PROTECTIONS President Donald Trump decided to withdraw Obama administration protections for transgender students in public schools around the country. The protections allowed transgender students to use school restrooms that align with their gender identity. New York City Councilman Daniel Dromm is here to tell us the implications for you and your child.

COLLEGE DEBT RELIEF Following college, many Americans continue to find themselves drowning in debt. Often, for many low and middle income students, the burden is too heavy to bare. New York State Assembly member Marcos Crespo has a radical idea to change that, and joins us to outline his plan.

New York City just launched a program to encourage New Yorker?s to join as a community and read the same book. Commissioner Julie Menin lays out this new star-studded campaign that will have you headed to your closest library.

MAGICAL MISTY COPELAND In honor of Black History Month, American Ballet Theatre principal dancer Misty Copeland discusses her rise in the world of classical ballet. Copeland will tell us how she is using her platform to help increase diversity on and off the stage.
