Toby Kebbell has opened up to Collider about the upcoming FANTASTIC FOUR reboot, offering up details about the origin of the film's interpretation of infamous villain Dr. Doom.

Kebbell, who is joined in the film by Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Michael B. Jordan, and Jamie Bell, said:

'He's Victor Domashev, not Victor Von Doom in our story. And I'm sure I'll be sent to jail for telling you that. The Doom in ours-I'm a programmer. Very anti-social programmer. And on blogging sites I'm 'Doom'."

On the film's tone, Kebbell said: "Yeah, it was cool man. Josh, the whole deal, the lo-fi way he did it, the ultra-real. It was just nice to do that. It was nice to be feeling like we had to come to terms with what was given by this incident."

The original Fantastic Four movie and its sequel The Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer took a collective $619 million at the box office when released.

The Fantastic Four is set to hit theaters on June 19, 2015.

Kebbell's other upcoming projects include Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Buddha's Little Finger and Warcraft. Past credits include The Counselor, The East, Wrath of the Titans, War Horse, The Veteran, The Conspirator, The Sorcerer's Apprentice, Prince of Persia: Sands of Time and more.
