Tina Fey confirmed to Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet at last night's 2013 Primetime Emmy Awards that she has been asked back by NBC to co-host next year's Golden Globe awards with Amy Poehler!

"Have you asked Amy yet, because we literally said we're going to talk about it tonight because we haven't seen each other," Fey explained in an interview with Seacrest. The 30 Rock star revealed that she and Poehler have been on opposite coasts working on projects nonstop and haven't been able to properly catch up to discuss the gig.

"NBC has invited us," Fey confirmed. "We're going to talk about it tonight!"

"Having both Tina Fey and Amy Poehler on board to host this year's festivities is a major coup," said Paul Telegdy, NBC's President, Alternative and Late Night Programming last year upon announcing that the duo would co-host the 70th Annual awards show. "Tina and Amy have a proven chemistry and comedic timing from their many years together on SNL to their successful co-starring roles in Baby Mama."

After departing Saturday Night Live, both women went on to star in acclaimed shows for the network. Fey's 30 Rock has won multiple Emmys, and is currently in its final season - Poehler has equally made Parks and Recreation a hit with viewers.
