Time Warner Cable to Expand Sprout Distribution in Major Markets

Time Warner Cable today announced that it will add or expand the distribution of Sprout, the first 24 hour preschool network, to customers' lineups in multiple major markets. Sprout, which offers high-quality programming that parents and children share together, will be more widely available to Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks subscribers beginning October 31. With this launch, Sprout will now reach 60 million homes.

In addition to New York and Los Angeles, Sprout will now be offered in multiple markets across the country, including Orlando, FL; Syracuse, Rochester and Albany, NY; Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and Corpus Christi, TX; Honolulu, HI; Kansas City, MO and more.

Families will continue to enjoy hours upon hours of On Demand Sprout programming each month via Kids On Demand, which includes trusted, classic shows and fresh and innovative originals such as "The Chica Show," "Noodle & Doodle," and "Pajanimals" ; gold standard series like "Caillou" and "Sesame Street", and Sprout exclusives including "Lazytown" and "Tree Fu Tom".
