The CW Delivers Most-Watched Thursday in 6 Weeks

The Vampire Diaries was up 18% week to week in W18-34 (1.3/5), its best rating in that demo in six weeks (since 3/20). TVD also held steady week to week in A18-34 (0.8/3) and in total viewers (1.8M).

TVD was #4 in its time period in W18-34 and #4 (tie) in A18-34.

REIGN had its best A18-34 rating (0.5/2) in six weeks (since 3/20), up 67% week to week. It was also REIGN's most watched episode in six weeks (1.42M), up 5% week to week in total viewers, and its highest rated episode in W18-34 (0.6/2) in five weeks (since 3/27).

It was The CW's most watched Thursday night (1.62M) and highest-rated among W18-34 (1.0/3) in six weeks. The CW was flat week to week in A18-34 (0.6/2) and in A18-49 (0.6/2).

THE VAMPIRE DIARIES typically sees major gains in delayed viewing when added to L+SD ratings, averaging a 64% increase in A18-34, a 70% increase in W18-34, a 65% jump in A18-49 and a 52% increase in total viewers, when Live + 7 Day viewing is added to L+SD alone. Reign also sees significant delayed viewing, averaging a 44% increase in A18-34, a 49% gain in W18-34, a 48% increase in A18-49 and a 44% jump in total viewers in L+7 versus L+SD.
