"Enfoque con José Díaz-Balart" analyzes the prospects for the new immigration reform proposals this Sunday, May 26 at 12PM/11AM C. Senator Dick Durbin (D-Illinois) talks about the negotiations taking place between Senate and House Democrats and the role played by Senator Marco Rubio in them. Congressman Trey Radel (R-Florida) gives a conservative view on comprehensive immigration reform and refers to undocumented people in the United States as being "more American than apple pie." Congressman Luis Gutierrez (D-Illinois) goes into details about the differences between the proposed immigration reform bill in the Senate versus the evolving version in House.

In addition, El Salvador's new ambassador to the U.S., Rubén Zamora, will discuss the start of the new campaign that aims to familiarize the Salvadoran immigrant community with the process for extending their Temporary Protected Status (TPS).

"Enfoque con José Díaz-Balart" is the first and only Spanish-language Sunday public affairs program produced in Washington, D.C. to present news analysis and in-depth interviews with key Hispanic community leaders.
