Telemundo Names PREMIOS TU MUNDO Hosts

In an unprecedented move, six of the most renowned television personalities will gather at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida, to co-host the 2015 "Premios Tu Mundo" (Your World Awards). Angelica Vale, Raul Gonzalez, Gabriel Porras, Maria Elisa Camargo,Rafael Amaya and Carmen Aub will not be missed by telenovela fans during this special evening, as they will make a grand appearance as hosts of the 4th annual awards show, which will broadcast live on Telemundo Thursday, August 20, at 8PM/7c, preceded by the blue carpet special "La Alfombra de Premios Tu Mundo" at 7PM/6c. The blue carpet special will be hosted by Jorge Bernal, Jessica Carrillo,and Boris Izaguirre, with special participation from Caeli, Christian Ramirez and Kika Rocha.

Renowned Mexican actress, comedian and singer, Angelica Vale, who recently joined the Telemundo family, has worked in the entertainment industry for almost thirty years. Her vast experience includes theatre, film, TV shows, TV series, telenovelas and musical productions, in addition to several awards and industry recognitions. Her charisma and talent, along with her skills as a comedian, singer and actress has positioned her as one of the most successful Hispanic artists of all time. Angelica, who has been featured in the "Los 50 Mas Bellos" and "Estrella del Año" editions of People en Español Magazine, is currently enjoying her time as a mother. She is also promoting her latest musical release "Dinastia," a production that she shares with her famous mother Angelica Maria.

Prominent TV producer, writer and host, Raul Gonzalez, is one of the most popular personalities in the U.S. Hispanic television industry. He has served as co-host of various Telemundo specials, including the live U.S. Spanish-language broadcast of "Miss Universo®," the network's holiday special "Celebremos Juntos en esta Navidad," as well as the "Billboard Latin Music Awards" in 2014 and the red carpet special this year. Raul's career includes multiple productions in theater and musicals, highly rated TV shows and radio programs, besides the numerous awards in his native Venezuela and the United States. In 2010 and 2012, he was named "Best TV Host" by People en Español magazine and honored with the Miami Life Awards as one of the most influential Latinos in Miami.

Gabriel Porras has an accomplished acting career in television, film and theater. In 2003 Porras joined Telemundo as the lead character in the telenovela "El Alma Herida." He has since participated in a number of original productions, including "El Señor de los Cielos," "La Casa de al Lado," "¿Dónde Está Elisa?" and "La Reina del Sur." He recently captivated audiences in "Los Miserables" as villain Olegario Marrero "El Diablo." Currently, he stars in "Bajo El Mismo Cielo" as Carlos Martínez, an undocumented Mexican gardener who journeyed to Los Angeles in search of a better life for his children, and like most immigrants must overcome many barriers in search of the American dream.

Maria Elisa Camargo, the only child of a Colombian family in Guayaquil, Ecuador, obtained her first television break on Colombia's edition of reality show "The X Factor." In 2014, Camargo earned her first lead role as "Adriana Aguilar," in TELEMUNDO's highly acclaimed telenovela "En Otra Piel." Most recently she accepted her second leading role with the network for the new telenovela "Bajo El Mismo Cielo" as Adela Morales, a young Mexican woman who came to the U.S. as a child and grew up in a dysfunctional household with an alcoholic, promiscuous mother.

Rafael Amaya is without doubt one of the best-known actors today, with a career that includes starring roles in successful Telemundo original productions, theater, English and Spanish-language movies, and television series. The handsome leading man, is the lead actor of the hit Super Series "El Señor de los Cielos," where he stars as Aurelio Casillas. Rafael achieved crossover success in the Hallmark Television film "Meddling Mom," the third-highest audience-rated production in the network's history. He has also acted in a number of Spanish-language movies. One of People en Español's "50 Most Beautiful People," Rafael has diversified beyond acting, producing his first movie, "Paco & Santo vs. América" in 2009.

Carmen Aub, the second of three daughters of veteran news journalist Max Aub, spent her childhood moving around Mexico. Carmen's artistic career began with appearances in shows such as ECOLE (1999) and Plaza Sésamo (2000). She made her Telemundo debut in 2010 as Flor Cáceres in the telenovela "Dónde Está Elisa." Her performance attracted the attention of numerous producers which resulted in her first lead role in Colombian series "Niñas Mal." Carmen returned to Telemundo in a starring role in the telenovela "Pasión Prohibida," where she played the character of Nina Piamonte. She currently plays the role of Rutila Casillas in the second and third season of "El Señor de los Cielos."

Music performances at the three-hour live ceremony will feature Latin music stars including: Yandel, Alejandra Guzman, Farruko, Lucero, Yuri, Olga Tañon, J Balvin, Jencarlos Canela, Victor Manuelle, Banda MS de Sergio Lizarraga, Regulo Caro and Ky-Mani Marley.

Top novela stars Rafael Amaya, Aracely Arambula, Aarón Díaz, Kate del Castillo, Fabian Rios, andBlanca Soto, as well as Latino music stars Enrique Iglesias, Romeo Santos, Daddy Yankee, Banda El Recodo, Prince Royce, and Marc Anthony, are among the nominees for the 2015 "Premios Tu Mundo" (Your World Awards).
