Telemundo Deportes Announces Complete Coverage of the Final Round of THE 2018 WORLD CUP CONCACAF QUALIFIERS

Telemundo Deportes, the home of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia, presents five of six qualifying matches played over two days in the hexagonal round of the Concacaf. Only three of the six teams that have made it to this stage will qualify for the World Cup, while a fourth will face an intercontinental playoff to secure its ticket to Russia 2018. The coverage will include one-on-one interviews with head coaches Juan Carlos Osorio (Mexico), Hernán Darío Gómez (Panama) and Jurgen Klinsmann (United States), as well as live video links to the stadiums and pregame commentary before each match.

Additional analysis, reactions and special reports will also be featured on the Telemundo daily shows "Un Nuevo Día," "Suelta la Sopa" and "Titulares y Más." All five games will be available on the Telemundo Deportes En Vivo app and the TelemundoDeportes.com webpage, with special features such as articles and videos discussing the historic rivalries between Concacaf teams, the main areas each team needs to focus on to win, and the performance of the coaches themselves, including an analysis of how secure their futures are with their respective teams. And as a special bonus, fans who log on to Facebook Live will be treated to different perspective on each match. Friday, November 11

• The hexagonal round of the Concacaf qualifiers begins on Telemundo Deportes at 3PM with pregame coverage of Honduras vs. Panama, airing on NBC UNIVERSO. Andrés Cantor and Manuel Sol will bring viewers all of the action from San Pedro Sula, with participation by Miguel Gurwitz, Ana Jurka and Copán Álvarez.
• Trinidad & Tobago vs. Costa Rica, Friday, November 11, coverage beginning at 5:30 PM ET/ PT on NBC UNIVERSO. Sammy Sadovnik will narrate the game, assisted by Carlos Hermosillo.

Tuesday, November 15

• Telemundo Deportes will kick off six and a half hours of uninterrupted broadcast at 4:30 PM ET/1:30 PT with pregame coverage of Honduras vs. Trinidad & Tobago on NBC UNIVERSO. Copán Álvarez, Ana Jurka and Frederick Oldenburg team up to narrate the match.
• The excitement continues with Costa Rica vs. the USA at 8PM ET/5 PT on NBC UNIVERSO, with Copán Álvarez and Frederick Oldenburg narrating alongside Ana Jurka.
• Coverage of the day's main event, Panama vs. Mexico, will begin at 8PM ET/5 PT on Telemundo. Acclaimed Telemundo Deportes sportscaster Andrés Cantor will be on hand to narrate the game, with commentary by Manuel Sol and input from Carlos Hermosillo, Sammy Sadovnik, Miguel Gurwitz and Kaziro Aoyama.
• Also, at 11:35PM/10:35 CT, the #1 sports and entertainment program on Spanish-language television, "Titulares y Más," will feature reactions to and analysis of the day's deciding matches.
