The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" and "Late Night with Seth Meyers" have won the week of Jan. 23-27, outrating their ABC and CBS time-period rivals in every key measure - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers -- according to "live plus same day" ratings from Nielsen Media Research.
Note that CBS's lineup was in rebroadcast last week and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and "Late Night" were encores on Friday.
For the week, Fallon averaged a 0.75 rating in adults 18-49, which generated a +53% margin over ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" (0.49) and a wider lead over CBS's "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" rebroadcasts (0.39).
Meyers beat ABC's "Nightline" by a +38% margin in their 12:30-1 a.m. ET head-to-head half-hour (0.44 vs. 0.32) and prevailed by a wider margin over CBS' encores "The Late Late Show with James Corden" (0.39 vs. 0.24).
At 1:35 a.m. ET, a week of rebroadcasts of "Last Call with Carson Daly" tied the encore week of "The Late Late Show" in adult 18-49 rating (0.24 each), though "Last Call" starts an hour later.
