"The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" both scored impressive wins in total viewers and several key demos over their timeslot competition for the week of June 10-14.
From 11:35 p.m.-12:35 a.m., "The Tonight Show" outperformed "Late Show with David Letterman" in the 18-49, 18-34 and 25-54 demos and total viewers, while besting "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in the 18-49 and 25-54 demos, as well as total viewers. "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" topped "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" and "Nightline" in all three key demos as well as total viewers. The Monday, June 10 telecast of "The Tonight Show" had its highest 18-49 demo rating since Dec. 18, 2012. In fact, June 10-14 was Leno's best week in the demo since Dec. 17-21, 2012. Last week Kimmel aired encores on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but aired original post-NBA Finals telecasts on Tuesday and Thursday. Letterman offered original programming for the week, except for Friday.Videos
