TODAY Style is getting a new look. NBC's TODAY has relaunched and refreshed TODAY Style with new original content available on air, online and socially. Led by TODAY anchors, style reporters and The TODAY Style Squad - Jill Martin, Bobbie Thomas and Lilliana Vazquez - TODAY Style brings together beauty and fashion experts to offer advice for every shape, size and budget. The new TODAY Style debuted this morning.
TODAY Style aims to empower viewers, providing personal style solutions that fulfill five key needs: confidence, comfort, access, possibility and coordination. To encourage viewers to use their wardrobes as a form of self-expression, TODAY Style launched #WearWhatYouWant week, where style experts will translate the latest trends into head-to-toe looks for everyday wear.
"TODAY has a long history of honoring and empowering our readers and we're highlighting this with the new TODAY Style," says Ashley Parrish, Executive Editor of TODAY Digital and NBC News Lifestyle. "This is a celebration of real women from head to toe and beyond."
TODAY Style has also released its first annual TODAY Style Heroes List, honoring the 40 people who inspired the TODAY Style team in 2016. From celebrities like Jennifer Aniston and Melissa McCarthy to designers and fashion icons like Christian Siriano and Tim Gunn, to Olympians and athletes like Michelle Carter and the Williams Sisters, this list honors those who emulate TODAY Style's spirit: Wear what you want, and love what you see in the mirror. Real bodies, real budgets and real inspiration is the focus of TODAY Style.
New digital features on TODAY Style include original video series "Why I Love My..." and "Ready in a Snap" with interviews from celebrities like Ariel Winter, Misty Copeland, Dascha Polanco and Alyssa Milano. Plus, starting this week, with TODAY.com's newly launched section, Shop TODAY, viewers can shop for featured-on-TODAY items from their favorite stores with a universal shopping cart.
The TODAY Style team is on Twitter, Facebook and a newly launched Instagram page.
