NBC's TODAY announced Under the Wide and Starry Sky by New York Times bestselling author Nancy Horan as its latest pick for the TODAY Book Club. NBC's Natalie Morales will host the third TODAY Book Club Google+ Hangout with the author on Thursday, February 27th at 11 a.m. ET
