"Many believe this service is only for celebrities and the wealthy. With the creation of Style for Hire, we set out to offer that same set of services to clients at an affordable price. Our Stylists can help anyone - regardless of size, lifestyle or budget - find their own style, experiment and have some fun with fashion, and gain some extra confidence in the process!"
As co-host of TLC's hit show What Not to Wear for 10 years, and a veteran fashion editor & stylist, London is known around the world as an approachable style guru for real women, thanks to her accessible, teachable and body-focused method for styling. She and co-founder, Cindy McLaughlin, spent over two years building a community of personal style experts who are skilled in the art of London's unique style philosophy and share the company's goal to help "regular" people develop their personal style, and build flexible, functional wardrobes within their means.
Adds Style for Hire CEO Cindy McLaughlin: "Style for Hire enters the national marketplace at a key moment for consumers. Many find themselves in the midst of life transitions, driven by either the economy or lifestyle change, and as a result, they are trending towards more service-friendly experiences that help them invest their time and resources more intelligently. Style for Hire delivers on all fronts: Our stylists save clients valuable time and money, while providing them with a proven level of expertise not previously available to the average consumer."
