TLC Premieres New Seasons of RETURN TO AMISH & GYPSY SISTERS Tonight

Sunday night heats up with brand new seasons of RETURN TO AMISH and GYPSY SISTERS tonight, May 31st beginning at 9/8c.

The original Amish crew is back at home to help Mary pursue her dreams of owning her own bed and breakfast, but with tensions high and connections to the Amish church in peril, her dreams may not turn into reality. Following the premiere of RETURN TO AMISH, the Stanleys deal with their own set of drama in true GYPSY SISTERS fashion. With new additions and big life changes coming their way, the women must learn to lean on each other to get through it all.

In the season premiere of RETURN TO AMISH, Mary's shunning by the Amish church continues, but Chester is in the process of making peace with the bishop. Abe and Rebecca are raising their family, while coming to terms with the idea that their Amish past is getting further and further behind them. In New York City, Kate continues to model, but she undergoes plastic surgery that could greatly affect her career. Jeremiah attempts to regain some of his heritage in order to stabilize his life, and Katie Ann starts to feel a pull back toward the English life she once flirted with. Chapel deals with an unknown future, and Andrew throws her and the rest of the family for a loop by getting himself back into trouble.

Throughout the season, the relationships and bonds of the group are tested. With Mary's health in question, the family rallies around her to help make her dreams a reality. While Chapel still struggles with her illness, Andrew reverts back to his old ways which lands him in jail. Kate returns after the news of Mary's poor health, and Jeremiah steps in to launch the bed and breakfast successfully. For the first time, viewers also meet Jeremiah's children, and everyone must put aside their differences to help Mary in her times of need.

In the first episode of GYPSY SISTERS, the girls are settling into their new living situations as Kayla enjoys her single life, Mellie prepares for a new baby, and Nettie and Joann adjust to having Mellie out of their house. Things aren't all sweet, though, and at Mellie's baby shower, tempers flare as Nettie and Kayla fight over what Mellie should name her baby. Throughout the season of GYPSY SISTERS, follow the Stanley women as they deal with births, wild fights, unprecedented tragedy and a real attempt to keep their family from falling apart. This journey is one like never before, and the GYPSY SISTERS must learn that they are better together than they are apart.
