The network, which broke ratings records in 2011, continued its momentum by posting its most-watched first quarter ever in 2012. SCIENCE's 2012-2013 Upfront slate is a combination of audacious world premiere entertainment, returning hit franchises and special event programming. This world premiere series forecasts future game-changing advances in science and technology that will impact the world as we know it. The critically acclaimed THROUGH THE WORMHOLE WITH Morgan Freeman returns for a mind-blowing fourth season, investigating the most provocative and mysterious questions confronting mankind. The all new series HOW THE EARTH WORKS takes a magnifying glass to the violent, explosive and ever-changing planet that we call home. Finally, Ricky Gervais and his partner Karl Pilkington will return in an all-new project.
