THE WALKING DEAD Premieres in Spanish on NBC Universo Tonight

NBC UNIVERSO, the modern entertainment and sports cable channel for Latinos, premieres the first season of THE WALKING DEAD for the first time in Spanish in the U.S., tonight, Jan. 20 at 10PM ET/9C. Subsequent airings of episodes dubbed into Spanish will air weekly on Wednesdays at 10PM ET/9C.

"The Walking Dead" tells the story of the months and years that follow after a zombie apocalypse. Following a group of survivors, led by police officer Rick Grimes, the series explores the challenges of life in a world overrun by "walkers" or zombies.

Subscribers of NBC UNIVERSO on participating cable, satellite, and telco services can preview the first three episodes of "The Walking Dead" on Video on Demand before its premiere on Wednesday.
