THE TODAY SHOW Posts Week-to-Week Growth

For the week of June 3, NBC's TODAY was the only morning program to post week-to-week gains in the key demo rating A25-54. TODAY averaged 4.551 million total viewers with a 1.56 rating (1.847 million) in the key demo A25-54 for the week. TODAY continues to show ratings growth also posting week-to-week gains in total viewers. On Wednesday and Thursday, today was number one in the key demo topping GMA in A25-54 viewers. Year-to-date, TODAY was number one in rating A25-54 during 14 of 21 weeks (including 13 ties).

GMA had its lowest W18-49 rating in eight weeks, and lowest M25-54 delivery in ten weeks. The program also had its oldest median age (58.3 years) since the week of April 29, 2013.

TODAY highlights:

· TODAY was the only morning program to post growth among rating A25-54 (+1 tenth) week to week.
· On Wednesday and Thursday of last week, TODAY was number one in the key demo topping GMA in A25-54 viewers.
· Year-to-date TODAY was number one in rating A25-54 during 14 of 23 weeks (includes 13 ties).
· TODAY was number one in rating W25-54 (12 weeks), W18-49 (17 weeks) and A18-49 (20 weeks) during 2013-to-date.

TODAY II (9 a.m. hour) and TODAY III (10 a.m. hour) Highlights:

*Please note TODAY III is based on a three-day average due to being a low coverage breakout on Thursday and Friday for NBC Sports' presentation of the French Open.

· TODAY II (2.949 million total viewers, 0.9 A25-54 rating for the week) has outperformed The View in total viewers in 11 of the past 12 weeks and in the A25-54 demo for 14 straight weeks (has not lost to The View in A25-54 in 33 weeks).
· TODAY III posted 1.782 million total viewers and a 0.6 A25-54 rating for the three-day week.
