THE TODAY SHOW Continues to Climb in Ratings

For the week of May 20, NBC's "Today" averaged 4.856 million total viewers with a 1.7 rating in the key demo A25-54. "Today" continues to show ratings growth posting week-to-week gains in total viewers. On Tuesday May 21, with a broadcast from Moore, OK, "Today" topped GMA in the key demo by 51k. Year-to-date, "Today" was #1 in rating Adults 25-54 during 14 of 21 weeks (including 13 ties).

TODAY Highlights:
TODAY averaged 4.856 million total viewers and 2.023 million A25-54 viewers.
TODAY tied GMA in Adults 18-49, and had its first outright win in Women 18-49 in four weeks.
Year-to-date TODAY was #1 in rating Adults 25-54 during 14 of 21 weeks (includes 13 ties).
TODAY was #1 in rating Women 25-54 (12 weeks), Women 18-49 (16 weeks) and Persons 18-49 (18 weeks) during 2013-to-date.

TODAY II (9 a.m. hour) Highlights:
TODAY II saw its best total viewer audience in four weeks.
Averaged 3.123 million total viewers:
+12% (+338,000) more than The View
+30% (+713,000) more than The Talk
+31% (+730,000) more than The Chew
Averaged a 0.9 Adults 25-54 rating:
+29% (+2 tenths) more than The View, The Talk, and The Chew
Topped CBS This Morning by +1 tenth (+13%) in rating Women 18-49
Tied in rating Adults 18-49 and Women/Adults 25-54
Versus its 2Q'13 average, TODAY II was up +1% (+17,000) in total viewers.

TODAY III (10 a.m. hour) Highlights:
TODAY III (1.994 million total viewers, 0.7 A25-54 rating) posted a +9% gain in total viewers week-to-week, rising to its best delivery since the week of April 22, 2013.
Averaged 1.994 million total viewers and a 0.7 Adults 25-54 rating
TODAY III tied with, The View, The Talk and The Chew in rating Women/Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54
Versus its 2Q'13-to-date average, TODAY III was up in total viewers (+3%, or +66,000) and +1 tenth in rating Adults 25-54
