THE TALK to Broadcast from New Orleans During SUPER BOWL XLVII Week

CBS's The Talk is geared up and ready to Touch down in New Orleans, announcing an all-star lineup of guests during the show's week of live broadcasts leading up to "Super Bowl XLVII," Monday, Jan. 28 - Friday, Feb. 1 (2:00 PM, ET / 1:00 PM, PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Co-hosts Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Tyler will shoot a week of shows originating from CBS Super Bowl PARK at JACKSON SQUARE in the heart of the historic French Quarter in New Orleans.

Throughout the week, The Talk will host celebrity guests and highlight the local flavor of New Orleans. Special guests include Neil Patrick Harris (CBS's HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER), Craig Ferguson (THE LATE LATE SHOW with Craig Ferguson), Daniel Dae Kim (HAWAII FIVE-0), JAmes Brown (CBS Sports' THE NFL TODAY), Vanessa Williams and KEVIN FRAZIER (omg!Insider). In addition, New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees will serve as a special guest co-host on Thursday, Jan. 31.

Grammy Award-winning rock band Train will take residence as the first official house band performing classic hits as well as songs from their new album, California 37, Tuesday, Jan. 29 through Friday, Feb. 1. In addition to musical performances, lead singer Pat Monahan will serve as a guest co-host on Tuesday, Jan. 29.

THE TALK will feature New Orleans and Super Bowl themed cooking demos with celebrity chefs Emeril Lagasse and Jamie Deen, giving tips and recipes to throw the perfect Super Bowl party.

THE TALK features a panel of well-known news and entertainment personalities discussing current events, pop culture, contemporary issues, family, celebrity and the trending topics of the day. The daily one-hour series is co-hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Tyler. The hosts swap stories, challenge each other on issues and engage the studio audience and viewers at home about events in the headlines and their own homes. Show segments include guest interviews with entertainers and newsmakers, musical performances, how-to demos and appearances from extraordinary people with stories that engage and inform. The show was developed by Gilbert, who also serves as executive producer.
