THE LENNON REPORT Debuts Trailer ahead of 10/7 Day-and-Date Release

THE LENNON REPORT assembles a stellar cast to tell the story of the real men and women who tried in vain to save the life of the world's most famous musician the night he was gunned down outside of the Dakota in New York City on December 8, 1980. For some, this movie is the first telling of their story, 36 years later. For others, it sets the record straight. For all, it reveals the emotional toll the loss of this icon had on these individuals.

Setting itself apart from other documentations from that fateful night, THE LENNON REPORT shares the behind-the-scenes look at the hospital where it all went down, for the first time. In many cases, this back story has reported inaccurately for more than 35 years. Though the movie does not focus on him, it's also especially newsworthy right now given that his shooter, Mark David Chapman, was just denied parole again last week.
