THE FINDER is Ratings Hit for Fox Network

THE FINDER, Fox network's freshman drama series continued to perform well in its third week on the air, jumping another 32 percent in its time slot and raking in a 2.9 ratings share for the Adult 18 - 49 demographic. It's lead-in, 'American Idol' came in a close rating's tie with CBS's 'The Big Bang Theory'. According to reports, both series earned a 5.4 rating among 18 - 49 year olds.  

In its second week, the new CBS comedy 'Rob' retained its audience for a 3.5 in adults 18-49. 

Here are the highlights of the 15 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night:

FOX (12.75 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 4.1, #1) held onto the top spot on Thursday with new episodes of "American Idol" (16.99 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 5.4, #T1) and "The Finder" (8.51 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 2.9, #4), which hit a series high.

CBS (11.27 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 2.8, #2) then claimed the silver with fresh installments of "The Big Bang Theory" (15.96 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 5.4, #T1) and "Rob" (11.58 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 3.5, #3) followed by repeats of "Person of Interest" (10.48 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 2.1, #5) and "The Mentalist" (9.56 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.9, #T6).

Next up was NBC (3.65 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.4, #3) with its mix of "30 Rock" (3.84 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 1.6, #9), "Parks & Recreation" (3.48 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 1.7, #8), a second "30 Rock" (4.00 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.9, #T6), "Up All Night" (3.03 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 1.4, #11) and "The Firm" (3.77 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 1.0, #13).

Meanwhile, ABC (3.88 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.2, #4) offered up encores of "Winter Wipeout" (4.86 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.5, #10), "Grey's Anatomy" (3.99 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.3, #12) and "Private Practice" (2.79 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.9, #14).

And finally, the feature "The Covenant" (1.31 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.5, #15) on The CW (1.31 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.5, #5) closed out the night. In the netlet's target demo (women 18-34), the film delivered a 0.5 rating.
