NBC has firmed up some more details about its spring schedule, including a new return date for "The Event" as well as the season premiere of "Friday Night Lights."
Here's a breakdown of the latest developments, all of which have been confirmed to the site:
-- "The Event" will now return with back-to-back episodes on Monday, March 7 at 8:00/7:00c followed by "Harry's Law" at 10:00/9:00c. The drama was previously slated to return on February 28.
-- Speaking of "Harry's Law," encores of the drama will continue on Saturdays at 8:00/7:00c for the rest of the season. In addition, back-to-back repeats are set for Sunday, February 13 at 9:00/8:00c in lieu of the feature "Juno."
-- "Friday Night Lights" will begin its final season - currently airing on DirecTV - on Friday, April 15 at 8:00/7:00c with the finale set for Friday, July 8. It will take over for "Who Do You Think You Are?" which wraps its second season the week prior.
-- NBC will super-size "The Celebrity Apprentice" on Sunday, May 8 with a three-hour broadcast beginning at 8:00/7:00c. Also coming up on Sundays: the theatrical "The Bourne Supremacy" on May 29 at 9:00/8:00c.
-- And finally, "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" will presumably air its season finale on Wednesday, May 18 at 10:00/9:00c as repeats of the veteran drama will fill the hour starting the following week.
