THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 Tops DVD & Blu-ray Sales, Week Ending 8/24

Rentrak Corporation (RENT) today announced the Top-10 DVD & Blu-ray Disc sales and rentals according to the company's Retail Essentials and Home Video Essentials tracking services whichare based on estimated consumer spending per data collected for the week ending Aug. 24, 2014.
The Marc Webb-directed sequel stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Jamie Foxx, Dane DeHaan, Colm Feore,Paul Giamatti, Sally Field, Chris Cooper, B.J. Novak and Sarah Gadon.
We've always known that Spider-Man's most important battle has been within himself: the struggle between the ordinary obligations of Peter Parker and the extraordinary responsibiites of Spider-Man. But in THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2, Peter Parker finds that a greater conflict lies ahead.
