Following the enormous success of its award-winning, critically acclaimed House of Imagination brand film - one of the centerpieces of Syfy's ground breaking brand evolution which launched July 7, 2009 - the channel has reunited the same all-star international creative team to produce an eagerly awaited sequel, it was announced by Michael Engleman, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Global Brand Strategy and Creative.

Featuring talent from Syfy's popular series Warehouse 13 (Eddie McClintock, Joanne Kelly, Saul Rubinek, Allison Scagliotti); Stargate Universe (Brian J. Smith, Elyse Levesque, David Blue, Alaina Huffman, Jamil Walker Smith, Ming-Na); Haven (Emily Rose, Lucas Bryant, Eric Balfour), and Friday Night SmackDown (Jack Swagger, Cody Rhodes, Kofi Kingston, Rev Mysterio), the new House of Imagination film will explore the limitless possibilities and fantastical spirit of the Syfy experience.

House of Imagination recently received 14 awards Promax/BDA Awards, including being named the # 1 promotion of the year by the Special Awards Committee. It was also nominated in two categories at AICP, while also being recognized by the Art Directors Awards and the Creativity Awards.

"The film was truly a global collaboration, which was shot over four days with more than 100 cast and crew, and rejoins the never ending house party that we created in the first film," said Engleman. "This time two young couples find themselves on a trip through the House of Imagination, where they find that anything can and does happen, including rooms made entirely of liquid and an epic battle between WWE Superstars who can defy gravity thanks to a photo-sonic phantom rig. Brett (Foraker), Larry (Fong), Tino (Schaedler) and the guys from MPC have really outdone themselves yet again in helping elevate the Syfy brand."

Once again directed and produced by Brett Foraker for 4creative, UK Channel 4's creative resource, the film will premiere on Syfy along with the channel's summer original programming Warehouse 13 on July 6, and Eureka and Haven on July 9.

In addition, Syfy will showcase House of Imagination at a special outdoor screening Thursday, July 15 in New York's Pier One Park as part of the channel's ongoing sponsorship of the summer series Movies with a View.

House of Imagination was directed by Brett Foraker of the award-winning 4creative team. Director of Photography: Larry Fong (Watchmen, 300). Production Designer: Tino Schaedler (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, V For Vendetta, The Golden Compass, Prince of Persia). Visual effects by MPC (Watchmen, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix). VFX producers: Jay Lichtman and Genevieve McMahon

Syfy is a media destination for imagination-based entertainment. With year round acclaimed original series, events, blockbuster movies, classic science fiction and fantasy programming, a dynamic Web site (www.Syfy.com), and a portfolio of adjacent business (Syfy Ventures), Syfy is a passport to limitless possibilities. Originally launched in 1992 as SCI FI Channel, and currently in more than 96 million homes, Syfy is a network of NBC Universal, one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies. (Syfy. Imagine greater.)

4creative is Channel 4's award-winning creative resource. In addition to hundreds of Promax wins, this year 4creative has picked up awards from creative circle, BTAA, and they have just won a D&AD pencil for the 6th consecutive year. Combining aspects of a traditional ad agency with those of a Production Company, 4creative has recently expanded its roster of external clients.
