Superstar Cher to Visit Ballroom on Tonight's DWTS

According to People Magazine, super star entertainer, Cher will be in the ballroom on tonight's live episode of "Dancing With the Stars" to root on her son, Chaz Bono.

Last week, Bono told People, "she texted me right before Monday's show and said, 'I wanted people to be able to feel your presence and not take away from that and I think you've made your presence known now,' "  "So I texted her back and I said, 'Okay, so if I make it through this week that means you'll come to Monday's show?' And she said, 'Yes.' "

Despite harsh criticism from the judges on last week's show, Bono and partner Lacey Schwimmer received a large portion of the fan vote and advanced to week four of the competition. The couple will be performing the paso doble in tonight's show.  Says Bono, "It's very exciting, my mom and my stepmom Mary Bono Mack are coming, along with my aunt and uncle and my brother. It will be a real family affair."

Cher has been very supportive of Bono since the season began and will making her very first visit to the ballroom.  Chaz has been suffering through a series of injuries throughout the competition, particularly on his knees.  He says that his mother has sent her acupuncturist and physical therapist over to the studio to help him heal faster.
