Stephen Colbert, Sarah Jessica Parker & More Set for 4th Annual Vulture Festival

Vulture Festival, a weekend of high-profile events bringing the entertainment site Vulture to life, is back and bigger than ever, celebrating the best of today's television, comedy, music, film, and more. The initial lineup for the 2017 pop-culture extravaganza was announced today, with panels, screenings, performances, and live podcast recordings, taking place May 20-21 primarily at Milk Studios in New York City, with select events at other venues. Additional events will be announced in the coming weeks.

Among the highlights of the two-day live showcase, curated by Vulture's editors, are:

· A STATE OF THE UNION with Stephen Colbert in conversation with New York writer-at-large Frank Rich.

· Live podcast recordings of Comedy Bang! Bang!, 2 Dope Queens, Bitch Sesh, and The Moment With Brian Koppelman.

· Sarah Jessica Parker live with New York editor-in-chief Adam Moss.

· Aziz Ansari discussing the latest season of Master of None.

· One degree from Kevin Bacon - an intimate interview with the actor, talking about everything from Footloose to I Love Dick.

· Comedy duo Desus Nice and The Kid Mero, from Bodega Boys podcast and Viceland'sDesus & Mero.

· An interview with Tituss Burgess, who'll offer an exclusive tasting of his new pinot noir.

· Nashville's Connie Britton in conversation.

· An exclusive advanced screening of the film Band Aid, starring Fred Armisen, Zoe Lister-Jones, and ADAM PALLY, followed by a panel discussion with the stars, and a live band performance by Armisen, Lister-Jones, and Pally, sponsored by Screenvision Media.

· USA Network's Playing House pajama brunch, with stars Jessica St. Clair and Lennon Parham in conversation with Vulture senior editor Jesse David Fox. Pajama attire requested, and brunch cocktails and pastries served..

· Anthony Atamanuik as Donald J. Trump, interviewed by New York national affairs editor Gabriel Sherman.

· Amber Tamblyn hosts Feminist as F*ck, a reading series co-created with Roxane Gay in 2014. The event will showcase the most daring voices in feminist writing today, made up of a diverse group of writers, actors, comedians, and musicians curated by Gay and Tamblyn.

· Michael Shannon in an exclusive interview with New York Magazine and Vulture film critic David Edelstein.

· An afternoon jam session with sisters Waxahatchee (Katie) and Allison Crutchfield.

· A conversation with the cast of Shameless, including William H. Macy, Emmy Rossum, and Nancy Pimental.

· Chelsea Handler and Jose Andres heat up the kitchen, with a cooking demo and conversation, presented by OUTFRONT Media.

· Saturday Morning Cartoons, a showcase with the actors behind some of the most popular animated voices, as they read classic movie scenes in their animated voices. Participants include John Roberts (Bob's Burgers), Larry Murphy (Bob's Burgers), Aisha Tyler (Archer), Lucky Yates (Archer), Spencer Grammer (Rick & Morty), Amber Nash (Archer), Kari Wahlgren (Rick & Morty), Niki Yang (Adventuretime), and Jessica Walter (Archer).

· Events with the casts and creators of TV shows including THE CARMICHAEL SHOW and Black Mirror, and more.

· SONS OF ANARCHY and Mayans MC creator Kurt Sutter in conversation with Vulture Hollywood editor Stacey Wilson Hunt.

· An exclusive advanced screening of the film Dean, followed by an interview with writer, director, and star Demetri Martin.

· Panel session sponsored by the AUDIENCE Network featuring Frank Grillo and the cast of Kingdom, Ron Livingston and Will Sasso from the new comedy Loudermilk.

· Tim Ferriss, New York Times best-selling author and host of Fear{less} With Tim Ferriss, interviews Vince Vaughn, sponsored by AUDIENCE Network.

· An ultra-exclusive private tour of the Whitney Biennial with New York and Vulture senior art critic Jerry Saltz.

Tickets will range from free events to $150 and will go on sale to Citi card members April 18-19, and to the general public on April 20, 2017 at vulturefestival.com, and will include access to a newly expanded AT&T Vulture Lounge at Highline Stages, featuring live music and DJ performances, complimentary drinks, a food offering chosen by Grub Street, and a pop-up shop curated by New York Magazine's Strategist editors. A limited quantity of all-access Vulture Passes will be available for $495 (excluding the Whitney tour and Comedy Bang! Bang!). Follow @VultureFestival and @Vulture for updates.

The weekend will kick off on Friday, May 19, with an exclusive opening-night party at the Top of the Standard, co-hosted by AT&T.

TNT will be presenting the TNT Supper Club, showcasing meals from noted chefs, at West Edge, across the street from Milk Studios. The Supper Club will feature meals themed to two new series, Claws and Will, premiering this summer on TNT. The event will be open to all Vulture Festival attendees with registration, and will take place on Sunday during the festival with a brunch and dinner.
